Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are guaranteed only once full payment has been received.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

2. Travel Documents

Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, and for ensuring that they are valid and up-to-date.

Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Changes and Modifications

Itinerary Changes: Mega Travel Agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary when necessary for the safety, comfort, or convenience of clients.

Client Changes: Any changes requested by the client must be submitted in writing and may incur additional fees.

4. Liability and Responsibility

Third-Party Providers: Mega Travel Agency acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of these suppliers.

Force Majeure: Mega Travel Agency is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own actions and must comply with all local laws and regulations while traveling. Mega Travel Agency is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from client negligence or misconduct.

5. Health and Safety

Health Requirements: Clients must ensure they are in good health and fit to travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Safety Precautions: Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by Mega Travel Agency and its suppliers. Mega Travel Agency is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the trip.

6. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by Mega Travel Agency will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Mega Travel Agency and the client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
